Every feature of the decor enhances the collection, from the tailor made line to leisure wear and accessories. The Kuala Lumpur flagship store pampers customers with a private Shopping Service in the VIP area, where the exclusive fabric woven from strips of suede covering the walls embraces guests in a warm, welcoming and reserved atmosphere.

Information circular and request for consent to process personal data

In compliance with Legislative Decree no. 196, 30 June 2003 (Privacy Consolidation Act), as amended, we hereby provide the required information regarding the processing of your personal and possibly sensitive data in our possession.?This information circular does not apply to any other websites linked to from the website whose domain is owned by CANALI S.P.A single member company, which shall not be considered in any way liable for third party websites. Two types of data are generated during access to the Site: data deriving solely from user navigation and data provided voluntarily by the user for specific purposes.?Data deriving from user navigation?The information systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of the Site, during normal service, acquire certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. The data in this category includes the IP addresses of computers used to connect to the Site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the server reply state (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computing environment.
This data is used exclusively in anonymous form and for statistical purposes in connection with the use of the Site and its correct operation.
The data may be used and retained in the event of suspected cyber crimes to the detriment of the Site, in which case CANALI S.P.A single member company reserves the right to apply to the competent authorities to determine any liability.

Data provided by users on a voluntary basis.

Purposes of processing
Purposes of: personnel recruitment, possible establishment of a contractual relationship, training courses, internships at our company and companies in our Group.
CANALI S.P.A single member company may, for personnel selection purposes, request CVs and all other identification and personal data of use in determining whether or not the candidate’s professional profile is in line with the needs of CANALI S.P.A. single member company, which reserves the right to remove the data received from its archive in the event that same, when checked, is inexact, incomplete or not up-to-date, and may also ask for further data to be supplied to provide information about the candidate’s initiatives and activities. CANALI S.P.A. single member company may use the data provided for statistical reasons in relation to such purposes, while maintaining the anonymity of the interested party.
So-called sensitive and/or legal data may also be subject to processing and communication.

Sensitive data
In the event the information provided to CANALI S.P.A. single member company contains sensitive data (i.e. which reveals race and ethnicity; religious, philosophical and other beliefs; political opinions; membership of political parties, trade unions and religious, philosophical, political or trade union associations; as well as information such as to reveal state of health and sexual life), such data may be processed only with the express written consent of the interested party.

Scope of communication and diffusion
Your personal data, as processed, will not be subject to diffusion but may be transmitted to companies associated with CANALI S.P.A. single member company, to foreign companies in the European Union in compliance with and within the limits of article 42, Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. The personal data may also be transferred to foreign countries outside the EU in the framework and within the limits provided by article 43 and article 44, letter b), Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, with your consent. - the personnel selection and information system management area employees so tasked by our company;
